Whistleblowing Reports – Internal Channels
(pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023)

BAZR S.p.A. has established specific internal reporting channels to allow employees, collaborators, and other eligible parties to report violations in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing.

Reports are handled by the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, protection of the whistleblower, and applicable legal provisions.

The following internal reporting channels are currently available:

1. Reporting via postal mail
Reports may be sent by ordinary mail to the Supervisory Body at the following address: Viale Bruno Buozzi no. 47- 00197 – Rome

The communication must be sent in the following manner to ensure maximum confidentiality:
• the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes;
• the first envelope must contain the identifying details of the Whistleblower, along with a copy of an identification document (except in the case of anonymous reporting), and an indication of a postal address for any subsequent communications;
• the second envelope must contain the Report;
• both envelopes must be placed inside a third sealed envelope, on which the following wording must be written on the outside:
“Confidential – For the attention of the Supervisory Body of BAZR S.p.A.”

2. Direct meeting with the Supervisory Body
It is also possible to request a direct meeting with the Supervisory Body, which will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe upon request by the Whistleblower submitted through the above-mentioned channel.

The timeframe for arranging the meeting is generally between ten and fifteen days from receipt of the request.
